Dental caries are moderately common among secondary school students in Kigali, Rwanda, significantly impacting their social, emotional, and physical well-being. Poor oral health due to untreated cavities can reduce quality of life, highlighting the importance of regular dental visits, proper oral hygiene, and targeted preventive measures to protect students’ overall health and daily functioning.
